At the Tietuo Machinery Intelligent Factory, incoming steel is undergoing rigorous inspections to ensure quality standards before undergoing shot blasting treatment to remove oxide layers, enhance metal stress and primer adhesion, and lay a solid foundation for high-quality products from the source. Ultra high precision laser cutting machines process sheet profiles into corresponding components. The 600 ton hydraulic equipment ensures that every bend is precisely in place, meeting the processing requirements of complex angles. After precision processing of various types of sheet materials, they will be transported to the welding workshop through RGV, starting the first step of bag filter production.
