Are you original manufacturer?
A: Yes. We TTM are factory in construction machinery in China with asphalt mixing facilities, Hot Recycling Facility of RAP, Cold Recycling Facility of RAP, Dry Mortar Mixing facilities and RAP crush & screen equipment.

What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
A: Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C term.

What about the delivery time?
A: 7-30 days after receiving the deposit.

What about the MOQ?
A: MOQ 1 unit.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: TTM is a professional manufacturer since establishing in 2004. We onlyspecialize in developing and producing asphalt mixing plant and recyclingasphalt mixing plant.

How long is your quality warranty?
A: Usually one year for mainframe, not including the quick wear parts.

Do you provide after-sale service?
A: Yes. TTM has a professional after-sale service team to provide services forcustomers.

Do you provide equipment operation training?
A: Yes. We will send 1-2 professional engineers to the working site forequipment installation, adjustment, and operation training.

What are the payment terms?
A: We usually accept TT 30% of contract total amount in advance, 70%balance by TT or by irrevocable L / C at sight before shipment.
