        On February 1-2, 2023, the two-day "2023 After-sales Service Personnel Training Conference" of Tietuo Machinery was successfully concluded. Since its establishment, Tietuo Machinery has always taken "sincere service to customers" as the source power of the company's development. In order to further build a high-quality customer service guarantee team, the company will carry out equipment operation and maintenance theory and practical technical training for all customer service personnel at the beginning of the new year.

       This training meeting was hosted by the customer service department of Tietuo Machinery, and the company's technical research and development backbone served as a lecturer. It focused on training the customer service personnel to quickly study, judge and deal with the common faults of various products of the company, and from the perspective of the actual interests of customers, implement the corporate mission of "creating the maximum value for customers".
